Juan Alvarado is an Associate Attorney at Thoroughbred Title Services, where he focuses on title operations, transactional coordination, and resolving legal and procedural issues that can impact real estate closings.

A New York attorney and graduate of the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, Juan concentrated in Real Estate and Environmental Law while earning his J.D. He also holds a degree in Mathematics from the New York University Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences, bringing a strong analytical and problem-solving approach to his work.

Before transitioning into title and transactional practice, Juan managed a high-volume litigation caseload in New York Supreme Court involving real property disputes and contested interests. At Thoroughbred, he works closely with the company’s leadership team on both routine and complex transactions, assisting in the resolution of title defects, curative matters, and closing-related issues.
