This position is best suited for someone that is comfortable with a fast-paced environment, has exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Outstanding customer service, communication and computer skills are needed as well as the ability to interact comfortably with demanding clients and deadlines.
The responsibilities of the position include: assisting the Closing and Recording Coordinators, coordinating with independent title closers to schedule closings, maintaining the closing calendar, assembling closing packages, reviewing documents for accuracy, uploading documents to various governmental websites and miscellaneous items as needed to successfully run the closing desk and/or recording desk.
The Internship is a full-time paid position for approximately 10 weeks (June to August - flexible dates.)
